Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we hear the most.

Written by the Axel Tracker team · Updated August 14, 2026

Does Auto-Sync work with MetaTrader 4?

Not yet — Auto-Sync currently supports MetaTrader 5. MT4 support is on the roadmap. Meanwhile, MT4 traders can log trades manually.

Can the robot trade on my account?

No. It contains no order-placing code at all — it reads closed trades and sends them to your journal. That’s its entire capability. See what the robot can and cannot do.

Do trades from my phone get synced?

Yes — trades are read from your account history, wherever they were placed. The MT5 terminal on your computer just needs to be running (or to be opened later; it catches up).

How many trading accounts can I track?

Journal accounts: as many as you want. MT5 accounts connected to Auto-Sync: up to 3 simultaneously.

Is Axel financial advice?

No. Axel measures and organizes your trading — it never recommends a trade, an instrument or an allocation. Scores and projections describe your own history.

Which languages are supported?

English, French and Spanish — switchable anytime from the profile menu.

Can I export my data?

Always: CSV for trades, JSON for everything, PDF for reports. See Backup.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Subscription → the billing portal → cancel the renewal. Access runs to the end of the paid period. See Subscription & billing.
