Display glitches or the app feels slow

Quick fixes, in order

1. Hard-refresh the page: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). Clears a stale cached version — the most common fix after an update.
2. Switch widget style to Flat (⊹ panel). Glass and Liquid use real-time blur; on modest hardware, Flat is dramatically lighter.
3. Turn the animated background off (Settings → Customization) — or replace it with a static photo.
4. Update your browser. Axel targets current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
5. Check extensions. Aggressive ad-blockers can break chart libraries; try a private window.

The live chart won’t load

The Evaluation chart streams from TradingView. If it stays black, check your connection and whether an extension blocks third-party frames — the page shows an explicit error message when the widget can’t load.

A glitch that survives the list above is a bug we want: Settings → Feedback → Bug. Describe what you see, and on which page — version info travels with the message.
