Trades missing, stats look wrong, or numbers seem stale

The four usual suspects: account, period, filters, and classification thresholds.

Written by the Axel Tracker team · Updated August 14, 2026

Check these four, in order

  1. Which account are you on? Every page shows the currently selected account only. The account switcher at the top of the sidebar tells you — and the trade you’re looking for may live in another account.
  2. Which period is selected? The Dashboard follows the period filter (Today / Week / Month / All / custom). “Missing” trades are often just outside the period. The subtitle under the page title states the active period.
  3. Any filters active on the Trades page? Search text, dates, outcome or direction filters hide rows. Click ✕ to clear them all.
  4. Classification looks off? If trades you consider stops show as “Loss−” (or small wins as “TP”), your thresholds don’t match your risk profile — tune them: TP / BE / SL classification.

A short delay is normal

A manually added trade can take a few seconds to appear in the statistics. Auto-synced trades arrive within ~15 seconds of the robot reporting them.

Hours look shifted

Calendars and heatmaps place trades using the timezone set on the account (edit it via ✎ on the account). Set it to your local timezone and the hours fall into place.
