Auto-Sync — managing accounts, tokens and limits
Multiple MT5 accounts, one token, linking and unlinking, the 3-account limit, and revoking a leaked token.
One token, several MT5 accounts
You generate one token, and it serves up to 3 MT5 accounts. Install the robot once per MT5 account (or simply log the same terminal into another account — the robot follows whichever account MetaTrader is connected to). The server routes each trade using the account number the robot sends.
Linking MT5 accounts to journal accounts
- Each journal account can be linked to one MT5 account. Open the journal account you want to feed, go to the Auto-Sync hub, and click “Link to this journal account” next to the MT5 account.
- Unlink stops automatic imports into that journal account. Already-imported trades stay.
- Because the robot follows the account MetaTrader is logged into, an MT5 account that looks “frozen” usually just means the terminal is connected to a different account. Its trades are caught up automatically the next time you log back into it.
Disconnecting an MT5 account
The ✕ button next to an MT5 account disconnects it and deletes its imported trades, freeing one of the 3 slots. Your token remains valid — you can connect a different account in its place. Axel asks for confirmation before doing this.
The 3-account limit
Up to 3 MT5 accounts can be connected simultaneously per Axel account. To connect a fourth, disconnect one first.
Token leaked? Regenerate it
On the token step, Regenerate revokes the old token and issues a new one. The old token stops working immediately — remember to paste the new one into each robot, since one token serves all your accounts.
