Psychology graphs & detected patterns
Global averages, plan adherence, the emotional curve, and the patterns Axel finds in your behavior.
Psychology → Graphs turns your check-ins into four cards:
- Global averages — your typical answers over time (average emotional level, FOMO frequency, plan adherence rate…).
- Detected patterns — plain-language findings crossing your answers with your P&L: e.g. “days you report FOMO average a negative P&L” or “plan-respected days win twice as often”.
- Trading-plan adherence — the 30-day discipline score with a dot per day: green = plan respected, yellow = partially, red = no. The streak counter sits next to it.
One dot per day, the 30-day discipline score on the left. - Emotional level — last 30 days — your pre-trading stress curve. Spikes tend to precede your worst sessions; seeing them is the first step to not trading them.
The History tab
Psychology → History lists every entry in a table — date, mood, plan, FOMO, overtrading, early cuts, confidence, and the day’s P&L side by side. The last column lets you edit or delete an entry.
The plan-adherence card and the emotional curve both exist as Dashboard widgets — pin them if the check-in is part of your routine.
