Notes → Journal is the guided version of journalling: instead of a blank page, Axel asks you structured questions about one specific trade.

Journalling a trade

  1. Open Notes → Journal.
  2. Pick a trade in the selector — its summary (date, direction, P&L) appears.
  3. Answer the prompts (setup quality, execution, emotions, lesson).
  4. Save. The entry joins the journal history on the right.

The weekly summary

Once you have enough entries, the weekly psychological summary card compiles your week: recurring emotions, discipline trend, and the lessons you keep writing down (which are the ones you keep needing).

Journal the painful trades first. Winners teach you less than the one where you moved your stop.
