Password: change it, or reset it if forgotten
Changing your password from the app, and the “Forgot your password?” flow.
Changing your password (signed in)
- Profile menu → Settings → Security.
- Type the new password twice (8 characters minimum).
- Save. The change is immediate.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter your account email and submit.
- Open the email from Axel Tracker and follow the link.
- Choose a new password on the page that opens — then sign in normally.
No email after a few minutes? Check spam, and make sure you entered the address you registered with. Google-sign-in accounts have no Axel password — just use “Continue with Google”.
